Membership Plan Policy
1. Overview

Each Membership Plan gives you access to a customer portal, on which you can receive and treat every correspondence the FAA sends us on your behalf. You can download your digitalized documents, and then decide whether you would like us to destroy the document by shredding it, or send you the physical document to your address outside the USA. Please note that, depending on which plan you choose, we may charge a fee for processing the shipping of your documents and the shipping cost itself, based on the shipping carrier you choose.

Our membership is suitable for any individual with an FAA certificate under parts 47, 61, 63, 65, 67, or 107

By purchasing one of our plans, you ensure continuous compliance with the latest FAA regulation 14 CFR Part 3 Subpart C, obligating FAA certificate holders without a physical address in the USA to designate a “U.S. Agent for Service”.
2. Membership Eligibility

Each membership is valid for one individual only. If you are a group or organization that needs one account for more than one individual, please contact us at info@usagentfaa.com with your inquiry.

There is no age restriction to purchase a Membership Plan.
3. Membership Tiers & Benefits
There are three different membership plans: Propeller Plan, Turbine Plan, and Supersonic Plan.

With the Propeller Plan, you get the following features and services: Access to your portal within 3 working days through an e-mail with your login information. Get unlimited document scanning of your documents, you can also use our mail forwarding service, but you will pay the full shipping fee.

With the Turbine Plan, you get the following features and services: Access to your portal within 1 working day through an e-mail with your login information. Get unlimited document scanning of your documents, and 10% OFF shipping fees for every mail forwarding you do.

With the Supersonic Plan, you get the following features and services: Access to your portal within 1 working day through an e-mail with your login information. Get unlimited document scanning of your documents, and 30% OFF shipping fees for every mail forwarding you do.
Note that every mail we receive is securely stored in our facility, and every digital file we send you is securely saved in a secure server. If after 5 days you haven’t yet decided whether you want to SHIP or SHRED your mail, we will send you a gentle reminder via e-mail. After 10 days without a decision, we will charge you a $10 STORAGE FEE which will be automatically charged to your registered payment method.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms

The cost of the plans is as follows: $ 59 for the Propeller Plan, $ 79 for the Turbine Plan, and $ 139 for the Supersonic Plan. Your purchase gives you access to your customer portal for one year from the date of purchase, and it will be renewed automatically once every year.

Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer, Paypal.

Automatic renewal and billing policies: unless advised otherwise through your portal, your subscription will be renewed automatically using the same payment method as when you initially subscribed. If you benefit from a promo code on your initial payment, the renewal payment will be at full price.

Additional fees: shipping fees and, if applicable, storage fees, will be charged to your registered payment method.
5. Free Trials & Promotions

If you received a Promo code from an organization, you will be able to enter it prior to your Membership payment. Please note that all promo codes are valid only on your initial payment and that the full price will charged when your Membership Plan is automatically renewed.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel the automatic renewal at any point through your customer portal, or by email at info@usagentfaa.com.

There are no penalties or restrictions on cancellations, you will still have access to your portal until the date of the end of your Membership Plan. For that reason, no partial refund will be issued if you decide to cancel your Membership Plan prior to its end.

Refunds may be issued if a malfunction or error from our side provokes damage to your FAA correspondence, however, we are not responsible anymore once your mail has been safely handed to a third-party mail carrier.
7. Upgrades & Downgrades

You may Upgrade or downgrade your Membership Plan through your customer portal.

You may choose to upgrade your Membership Plan at any point, however, we advise you to do so as close as possible to the end date of your membership, as you will be charged the full price of your Upgraded Membership Plan, and the new date of expiration will be the one of your new Upgraded Membership. ( ex.: if you purchase a Turbine Plan on January 1st, you will be charged $79 and your plan will be valid for one year. On July 1st you decide to upgrade to the Supersonic Plan, you will be charged 139$ your plan will be valid for one year from July 1st, and will not receive a prorated refund on the price difference.)

If you choose to downgrade your Membership Plan, you will still benefit from your current plan advantages until its expiration date. You will then be charged your new Downgraded Membership Plan, and benefit from its advantages.
8. Account Suspension & Termination

Grace period: in the event of a failed payment of the renewal of your membership, you will receive an email inviting you to update your payment information to proceed to a new payment. If after 15 days the payment has not been processed yet, we will terminate your membership, and destroy any document that may be in our facility.
9. Data Privacy & Security

Your data is replicated across multiple SOC-2 certified data center locations with SAS RAID storage, automatic failover, and a 99.9% or better uptime SLA. Our system uses strong encryption which helps protect your data from unauthorized access in the cloud. Perfect for keeping your confidential documents safe, secure, and private.
10. Changes to Membership Plans

Members will be notified in advance if there is any change to their membership plan benefits, pricing, or terms. However, we do guarantee that no change will be made during the current period of your membership.
